International orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method. we provide standard and express to most places.

Domestic orders (Aus) we offer a flat rate of $14.95 or free shipping if your cart total is $200 or above.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We do offer free shipping to most countries, as well as express shipping.
We would also like to inform you that we are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order.
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Yes, we currently ship worldwide to 24 countries. Please note: international customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties.
Due to the tariffs put in place, the cost to ship to the US is not viable at this moment. If you are extremely interested in purchasing from our store, please get in touch.
Otherwise fear not, we will be up and running in the US as soon as we can.
We inspect each item before it leaves our studio. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item please report within 14 days. If this report meets our criteria we can offer a return.
Faulty items are those with manufacturing defects or obvious quality issues. If you receive a faulty item, please send us photos within 14 days of delivery
We offer exchanges and store credit, no refunds.
Domestic (aus) change-of-mind returns: (exchange or store credit) Customers can return items within 14 days, in unwashed, original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Exchange or store credit will be issued once we receive the item.
International change-of-mind returns: (store credit only) Customers can return items within 14 days, in unwashed, original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Store credit will be issued once we receive the item.
Please check our size guide before ordering. we only accept exchanges or store credit domestically (aus), and store credit for international.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Our garments are made from high-quality materials. Detailed fabric info is listed on each product page.
We recommend following the care instructions on each garment’s label to keep them in the best condition. we also provide information on the product page. Looking after your garment properly will give it the most longevity.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order, we will do our best to facilitate your request but we cannot always guarantee cancellations or changes after you have made an order.
